• All rugs listed on our website are handwoven and made-to-order based on the size, design, and material you select.
• Since each rug is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and weave pattern are natural and not considered defects.
• Product images are for representation purposes; actual colors/textures may vary slightly due to natural fiber characteristics and screen display differences.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order through the payment methods available at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of materials.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

• Since our rugs are made-to-order, weaving/production takes approximately 56–60 days.
• Once ready, delivery takes an additional 8–13 days depending on your location.
• In total, please allow approximately 64–73 days from order confirmation to delivery.
• Delivery timelines mentioned on the website are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations and Returns
