## Processing Time
Since every rug is **handwoven and made-to-order**, weaving and production takes approximately **56–60 days** from the date of order confirmation.
## Delivery Time
Once your rug is ready, delivery takes an additional **8–13 days**, depending on your location.
**Total estimated time from order to delivery: approximately 64–73 days.**
## Shipping Destinations
We ship across **India and internationally, worldwide**.
## Shipping Charges
**Delivery is completely free** on all orders, regardless of destination.
## Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is **not available**. All orders must be prepaid at checkout.
## Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link/number to track your shipment.
## Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated timelines above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier logistics, customs (for international orders), weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed in case of any significant delay.
## Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery, or take photos immediately upon opening and contact us within 48 hours. Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for next steps.
